Puffy eyes can leave you looking worn out and unkempt. Many people suffer from these annoying dark circles for a variety of reasons. Try these steps...

Symptoms of Puffy or Swollen Eyes:

1.Puffiness or swelling of the upper and lower eyelids,usually in the morning.
2.Occasionally accompanied by itching and/or redness.
3.Not able to open or close the eyes.

Eye Exercises:
Simply move both eyes in a circular motion first clockwise, and then counter clockwise for one rotation. Then move your eyes in all directions. You can do this exercise as needed to relieve symptoms.

Plenty of water:
Drink of enough water will also reduce eye puffiness. When a person is dehydrated the body starts storing water as a defense system and this will add to puffy eyes, so drink around 8-10 glass of water daily to get rid of puffy eyes.

Spoon Solution:
Another home remedy for puffy eyes is simply to grab some silverware. Keep two to four spoons in your fridge, and when swollen eyes appear, grab two spoons and press the cold metal against your eyes to reduce swelling. When the metal becomes warm, grab two more spoons as needed.
